Scheduling & Booking
How do I schedule a session?
- Sessions can be scheduled through our secure online portal. For individual business portraits or other content needs, you may also contact our Client Success team at support@gittingsglobal.com. Administrators can manage bookings for their teams, while individual participants can select available time slots that work best for them.
What happens after my session is confirmed?
- Once your session is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your session date, time, and location, along with preparation instructions covering attire, what to expect on the day, and any other relevant details to help you get ready.
Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?
- Yes. If you need to make changes, please contact support as soon as possible to avoid potential fees and to secure a new time. Sessions must be canceled more than 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
Can participants choose their own time slots?
- Yes. Our scheduling platform allows participants to log in and select the time that works best for them. Confirmation emails, reminders, and calendar invites are automatically sent.
Can someone walk me through booking a session?

Can I book a session for the next day?
- For next-day availability, please contact our Client Success team at support@gittingsglobal.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I book a session independently of my company?
- Yes. Individual bookings are available outside of a company-organized session. Please contact us at support@gittingsglobal.com to get started, and our Client Success team will walk you through available options, pricing, and scheduling.
Session Preparation
What should I wear for my session?
- We recommend solid colors and professional attire that aligns with your company’s brand. Avoid busy patterns or overly bright colors unless directed otherwise. For more detailed guidance, please refer to our wardrobe preparation guide.
How long does a typical session last?
- Most individual sessions last 15–30 minutes depending on the type of content being captured. Larger team sessions may vary based on the number of participants.
How much space is needed for an on-site session?
- To accommodate lighting and production equipment, we require a minimum space of 15 x 20 feet, free of furniture or clutter. Access to at least four electrical outlets is also required.
What time does the team arrive?
- Our team typically arrives 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time to allow for setup. Please keep this in mind when booking early sessions.
Image Selection
Are images included in the session fee?
- Session fees cover the production time and the session itself. Final images are typically purchased separately unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
When is the final selection made?
- Participants will be able to review their proofs and make their selection immediately following their session.
Do I have to choose my image during the session?
- To ensure the fastest turnaround time, we strongly recommend making your selection during the session. Delayed selections may extend delivery timelines.
Can I change my selected image?
- Selections made during the session are considered final. Any changes requested afterward may incur an additional fee.
Can I receive RAW files?
- RAW files are not provided. All images are professionally processed and delivered as high-resolution, fully retouched final files.
Post-Production & Brand Consistency
How do you maintain brand consistency?
- We use standardized lighting, composition, backgrounds, and post-production guidelines tailored to your brand to ensure a cohesive look across all visual content, regardless of location.
What is your standard retouching?
- Each selected image includes basic retouching, such as softening facial lines, reducing under-eye shadows, whitening teeth, and removing stray hairs. Additional requests made during the session are included at no extra cost.
Licensing
What are my rights to the images?
- You own full rights to use, share, and modify your images in perpetuity. Specifically, Gittings Global grants the client an exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sub-licensable license to reproduce, distribute, display, and prepare derivative works of all content created. This license is subject only to revocation for non-payment. Full license terms are available upon request.
